Celebration should never require compromise. Nearly half of adults are looking to drink less. At most events, those guests are an afterthought.

The Queens Chalice changes that. We create premium beverage experiences where every guest has something elevated and intentional. This is not a substitute. This is a refined experience in its own right.

Why it matters

Your guests deserve more than water and soda.

The sober-curious movement is not a trend. It is a cultural shift. The events that recognize it are the ones guests remember.

We bring a wellness-forward beverage experience that feels as intentional as every other detail you have planned. We handle everything: menu curation, styled setup, service, and breakdown.

The founder

15 years in the making.

Breyuna Lester has been in hospitality since 2011. Not as a side hustle. As a career. From restaurant service to bar management, from large-scale event operations to project management and consulting, she has spent over a decade learning how to make people feel welcome in every room she touches.

The Queens Chalice didn't come from a trend report. It came from lived experience. Breyuna saw the gap firsthand — she was the guest at the event who chose not to drink and was handed a glass of water while everyone else received a crafted cocktail. She felt what it was like to be an afterthought at a celebration she was invited to enjoy.

TQC exists because she decided no guest should ever feel that way again. She brought her operations expertise, her project management instincts, and her bartending craft together to build something that didn't exist yet: a hospitality company dedicated entirely to elevated, alcohol-free experiences.

"I didn't wake up one day and decide to fill a gap. I saw it. I felt it. I experienced it firsthand. And I built The Queens Chalice because every guest deserves to feel like they belong."

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions about our bar services

Is mocktail bar service really the same price as a regular bar?

+

Yes, and in some cases it costs more. Non-alcoholic spirits from premium brands like Lyre's, Ritual Zero Proof, and Monday often cost more per bottle than standard well liquor. Beyond the product, our pricing accounts for trained Chalice Crafters, premium garnishes, glassware, ice, equipment, setup, and breakdown. The bar experience is the same level of production regardless of what's in the glass.

Why does the price feel high if there's no alcohol?

+

We hear this often and it's a fair question. The cost of a bar program is not in the alcohol. It's in the people, the product, and the execution. You're paying for skilled professionals who know how to build a balanced drink, the quality ingredients that make it actually taste good, and the logistics of running a full bar operation for dozens or hundreds of guests. Removing alcohol does not remove any of those costs.

How many bartenders do I need for my event?

+

The general standard is one bartender per 50-75 guests, depending on your service format. For events with 100 or more guests, we also recommend a dedicated bar lead to manage flow, pacing, and communication between stations. TQC builds staffing recommendations into every package based on your guest count and event timeline.

What are your mocktail options?

+

TQC specializes in craft mocktail service built around thoughtful, zero-proof beverage design. We create drinks that stand on their own. That means layered flavor, quality non-alcoholic spirits when the recipe calls for it, and intentional garnish work. We are happy to build a custom menu around your event theme as well.

What is your minimum for bar service?

+

Our pricing is tailored to each event because no two events are the same. We build proposals based on the number of service hours, guest count, bar format, and the overall scope of the experience. The same way your event is personal to you, our proposal is personal to your vision. Submit an inquiry and we'll put together a package that fits.

How far in advance should I book?

+

We recommend reaching out at least 6-8 weeks before your event. For events during peak seasons (summer, holiday weekends, major Atlanta events), we recommend 10-12 weeks out. If you are planning an event during the FIFA World Cup window in Atlanta (June-July 2026), staffing and vendor availability is at its most limited. Inquire as early as possible to hold your date.

How do I get started?

+

Submit an inquiry through our contact form with your event date, guest count, venue, and a brief description of what you're looking for. A member of the TQC team will follow up within 48 hours to discuss your options and next steps.
